General questions
A down-payment is included in my contract
It is required that the down-payment is paid before delivery of the vehicle. Without this condition, delivery of the vehicle is not possible.
My car will be delivered later this month.
The contract begins with the actual delivery date. The first invoice is issued from this date on a pro rata basis for that month (from the date of delivery to the end of the current month).
From the following month onwards, the leasing instalments will be invoiced regularly in full.
What happens if I do not pay my leasing instalment?
A reminder will be sent around the 20th day of each month.
How does it work with automatic direct debit?
Do not confuse direct debit with a standing order
A standing order is set up by you for a self-determined amount. It must be stopped by you when the contract ends.
A direct debit mandate (SEPA) can be submitted directly to the bank and allows you to have the bills debited automatically. If you change the vehicle or change the contract and therefore the leasing rate changes, you do not have to take any additional actions with an automatic direct debit. Please contact us by e-mail to obtain the form required for this.
When does the direct debit take place?
Collection takes place around the 7th day of each month.
Can I set up a direct debit mandate during the contract period?
Of course, this is always possible.

What happens at the end of the contract?
- Invoicing takes place automatically at the beginning of the month for the entire month.
- The contract as well as the invoicing ends on the actual date of the vehicle return.
- A credit note will be issued for any overpayment and you will receive a refund.
Special aspects at the end of the contract I do not have automatic direct debit
I have returned my vehicle
- When you have paid the full monthly instalment, you must provide us with your bank details so that we can refund any overpayments.
- If you have not (yet) paid the monthly instalment for the current month, you must pay the pro rata instalment from the beginning of the month until the day of return or the end of the contract.
I returned my vehicle and received a new one.
- You have already paid the entire instalment for the old vehicle for the month. You will receive a new, pro-rata invoice for the old vehicle up to the day of the change and a pro-rata invoice for the new vehicle from the day of the change for the respective month. In the case of overpayments, you will receive a credit note. Please get in touch with us.
- You have not paid the instalment for the old vehicle. To resolve the differences or any credits resulting from the invoices for the old and new vehicle, please contact us.
I have received additional invoices after returning the vehicle.
The bills must be paid by yourself according to the instructions.
Special aspects at the end of the contract I have a direct debit
I have returned my vehicle.
The leasing instalment is debited around the 7th of the month for the whole month. You will then receive a refund.
I returned my vehicle and received a new one.
- The entire monthly instalment is debited around the 7th day of the month. You will then receive a refund.
- For the new vehicle, you will receive an invoice for the pro rata period from the day of the change. The debit is automatic.
- The following month will be charged in full and debited automatically
I have received additional invoices after returning the vehicle.
- Amounts under 500 € will be debited automatically.
- Amounts over 500 € must be paid by yourself.
