Our code of conduct

Volkswagen has updated its Code of Conduct. The guidelines are based on legal and internal company regulations. These apply to all employees from trainees to the board of directors. 

Every individual is responsible for behaving honestly, with integrity and in accordance with the regulations. In order to collectively contribute to the success of our company, we all need to know these regulations, act responsibly and take decisions accordingly.

The Code of Conduct supports us in this. The Code of Conduct provides advice, help and guidance for our everyday work with many practical examples.

The Code of Conduct contains both legal provisions and internal company regulations. It addresses three main issues:

• Our responsibility as a member of society
• Our responsibility as a business partner
• Our responsibility at the workplace
